150g Mexican Rice

100g Beef Barbacoa

1 Plain Flour Tortilla 10 inch

75g Black Beans

1 Tbsp of Sour Cream, Salsa Pico de Gallo and Santa-Fe Style Guacamole

5g Fire Roasted Jalapeño

5g Grated Monterrey Jack Cheese

Tantalising Pulled Beef fills a Burrito stuffed with Salsa Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Sour Cream and Cheese.

Step 1

Heat the Beef Barbacoa in a microwave until it is piping hot and warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds

Step 2

Spoon a generous helping of the Barbacoa Beef into the centre of the tortilla

Step 3

Add two spoons of pre-cooked rice, a spoonful of black beans and a large spoon of sour cream, pico de gallo salsa and guacamole of top of the barbecoa

Step 4

Sprinkle with jalapeños and grated Monterrey jack cheese

Step 5

Fold up two opposite sides of the tortilla, ensuring the mixture is sitting in the middle of the wrap. Tightly fold the bottom of the tortilla and roll up the wrap to form a burrito!
